Where Is God ?

Where is God ? Where we find Him?

A question almost impossible for any human to answer.  We can only imagine, but cannot prove.  We strongly believe, but have not seen or gone there !

Though quite impossible in reality, even if man could explore the entire universe or  billions of solar systems with the help of his so called high-tech machines, yet  he will not find his God or so called Heaven where he believes his God lives.

Therefore,  we can safely take refuse to the following sloka   the Supreme godhead Shree Krishna Himself  has declared  in the Bhagavad Gita about His kingdom, ending all our speculations :

na tad bhasayate surjyo
na sashangka na pavakah
yad gatva na nivartante
tad dhama paramam mama
                                                                                               The Bhagavad Gita  ( Sloka 15/6 )

Translation in English
The abode of mine is not illuminated by the sun or moon,  nor by electricity.  One who reaches it never returns to this material world.

The most convincingly beautiful and clearest hint at what the kingdom of the Supreme Lord looks like.   And it must be so !  Because it has been described by  the King Himself !

So, from the above sloka we learn that the kingdom of Supreme Lord  is beyond the reach of our so-called science.  Because it is not illuminated by the light of a sun or a star in the space.    If an object in the space does not reflect light, our telescopes will not work.to catch an image of that object.  There are billions of stars  shining in the space, yet they do not come of any use to illuminate  the Supreme Planet.  That means kingdom of the Supreme Lord is beyond the boundary of  time & space,  where  even lights emanating from all the suns and stars of the universe combined cannot reach.  Since light cannot reach there,  so that Supreme Planet is invisible to human eyes.   Naturally, when one crosses that boundary of time & space and reach that Supreme Planet,  he cannot come back to this material world... it is understandable.  Because that place is beyond  and above science.  Now, comes the natural and most common question :  how can a human travel to that Supreme Planet where even light cannot reach ?  Answer is : through bhakti or  pure devotion  to the Supreme Lord.  We're actually not this flesh and bones, we're all souls !  In this human form it is not possible to go to that planet ( by now  we're sure).  We only live 70-80 odd years, even light  fails to reach there etc.  etc.    So, after death of this physical body, bhakti  will take our soul to that planet.  No other mode of conveyance or transportation is available to travel to that kingdom of  Supreme Lord !  This is the teaching Lord Shree Krishna is giving to us in the above sloka.  So, become a pure devotee of Supreme Lord in this life time to ensure your entry into that Supreme Planet which is beyond science.  Only pure souls get entry.

And what  Shree Krishna has declared about Himself in the Bhagavad Gita ?

gatir bharta prabhuh saksi
nivasah saranam suhrt
prabhavah pralayah sthanam
nidhanam bijam avyayam
                                                                                          The Bhagavad Gita ( Sloka 9 / 18 )
English translation:
I am the goal, the master, the sustainer, the witness, the abode, the refuge and the dearest friend.  I am the creator and annihilator, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed.
